People arrive at 10 am in their pyjamas. Sounds stupid, but it is actually genius: it breaks the ice like nothing else.
You can't tell who is in front of you from their suit or job title. You have to become curious, ask questions, and interact. We spend the day in a setting that makes being playful with each other feel natural.

For a business networking event in Berlin, I designed around one rule: standing alone in the corner was not possible.
The layout, the prompts and the way people moved through the night gave everyone a way to start a conversation. This is the kind of detail I think about when I design an experience for your audience.

The future of work
is relational.
Some of our most valuable work is indirect: building trust, caring for our health and creating the conditions for body, mind, soul and environment to align. From there, we have more room to imagine, solve problems and achieve things we once thought impossible.
It takes leaders and guides who make space for this. I design places and experiences where belonging and connection make our lives and work more beautiful, so we can create a better world together.

Making the world
more human.
Growing up in a village of 150 people in East Germany, I had the most beautiful childhood, shaped by a true sense of belonging and connection.
Today, I carry that feeling into everything I create. Especially into the business world, where we spend so much of our lives, yet so often miss that sense of being part of something together. Through the places I design and the people I bring together, I want to make that world more human.
I am here to remind us: we’re all in the same boat. We might as well row together. It’s easier, faster, and way more fun.
That’s the thread through my gatherings, my talks and the 500+ masterminds I’ve hosted. And it’s why I created Alive Together.
